Terms of Service

1. Service scope

ProfileX provides career-profile, document-generation, job-discovery, and related productivity tools. Generated material is assistance, not a guarantee of employment or professional advice.

2. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully. Do not upload material you lack permission to use.

3. AI-generated content

You remain responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving generated documents before use. ProfileX may limit abusive or unusually high-volume automated requests.

4. Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are charged in Nigerian Naira through the selected provider. Access is granted only after server-side payment verification. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not retroactively refund consumed service unless required by law.

5. Acceptable use

• No fraud, impersonation, scraping abuse, malware, or unlawful processing.
• No attempts to bypass access controls or usage limits.
• No resale of the service without written permission.
